Role Overview
The Compliance Officer supports the delivery of robust governance, assurance, statutory, and regulatory compliance across Property Management. The role ensures that all activity complies with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) rules for firms, SOC1 Type 2 (ISAE3402) and internal control frameworks, whilst contributing to continuous improvement of compliance processes, data quality, and control environments. The candidate will be responsible for assessing the level of compliance for the relevant Property Management Teams, client money controls, and query management. A self‑motivated individual, they will also be able to demonstrate reliability, flexibility and initiative.

Team Overview
Based in the Manchester Office with occasional travel to the regional offices. Working in the Manchester office you'll be sat along-side the Property Management Compliance and the Central Finance Team. Our 100+ colleagues work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
