The Role
This is a hands‑on Project Manager role where you’ll take ownership of multiple projects at once.
You’ll be:
* Managing projects from design through to installation
* Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
* Coordinating fabrication, logistics and site delivery
* Managing programme, cost and commercial elements (variations, early warnings, etc.)
* Writing RAMS and ensuring health & safety and quality standards are met
* Problem‑solving on the ground — keeping projects moving
This role suits someone who enjoys being in the detail, not sitting back at a distance.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience managing structural steel projects (or closely related sectors)
* Comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong stakeholder and client management skills
* Commercial awareness (NEC experience beneficial)
* Hands‑on approach — willing to get involved and solve problems
* Background in fabrication, site, or engineering is a big advantage
Qualifications (desirable)
* SMSTS
* Temporary Works (Supervisor/Coordinator)
* HNC/HND or similar in Construction/Engineering
