Europia is a values-led charity supporting Central and Eastern European (CEE), Roma, and other European nationals across Greater Manchester. Founded in 2008, we provide person-centred services including immigration advice, mental health and wellbeing activities, emergency support, and cultural programming. Our work champions equality, inclusion, and the power of lived experience. We’re a small but impactful team driven by community voice, and we’re proud to be a Living Wage employer and part of the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter.
About the job:
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how Europia communicates its mission and secures funding to grow our work. You’ll:
* Develop inclusive fundraising and communications strategies
* Build strong relationships with donors, funders, and partners
* Tell stories of impact that connect with the communities we serve
As part of a small and passionate team, your contributions will be visible and meaningful—whether you’re leading a campaign, writing a report, or creating social media that amplifies community voice.
We understand that this may be a new and exciting opportunity for someone who hasn’t held a combined fundraising and communications role before. To support your success, informal mentoring will be offered by experienced professionals in similar roles.
