Warehouse Operative
Location:Tewkesbury
Hours:Monday to Saturday, 5 shifts per week (minimum 37.5 hours), shift times: 07:00–16:30 / 09:00–18:30. Saturdays 07:00–16:00 with flexibility.
Salary:£12.80 per hour + overtime at 1.25x after 40 hours
Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:
* Accurately pick and pack customer orders
* Rotate stock and replenish as needed
* Load and secure orders onto delivery vehicles
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Adhere to strict food hygiene and health & safety regulations
Key Skills of a Chilled Warehouse Operative:
* Positive attitude with a reliable and flexible approach
* Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, chilled environment
* Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
* PPT or LLOP licenses desirable — full training provided
