What Youll Be Doing Youll have real variety in this role, including: Partnering with managers to solve people challenges and improve team performance Leading on employee relations cases with confidence and fairness Supporting organisational change, restructuring, and transformation projects Driving engagement, development, and retention initiatives Coaching managers to build stronger leadership capability Using data and insights to influence decisions and improve outcomes What Were Looking For Were looking for someone who is: An experienced HR Business Partner / HR Manager / People Partner Confident handling employee relations in a fast-paced environment Strong in building relationships and influencing stakeholders Commercially aware and able to link HR to business outcomes Comfortable working both strategically and operationally Ideally CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified (or equivalent experience) Bonus points if youve worked in: Manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or similar environments Businesses going through change or transformation Why Join?
