Somerce is a TikTok Shop specialist agency focused on driving GMV growth for brands. We work with some of the fastest-growing beauty, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands across the UK, US and EU.
We don’t do “nice content”. We build content that drives attention, engagement and ultimately revenue.
This role is for someone who knows how to make brands feel native to TikTok and consistently create viral moments.
What You Will Do
Social Strategy & Ownership
* Own social strategy across key client accounts
* Define what content gets made, why and how it performs
* Build clear content frameworks focused on:
o Virality
o Engagement
o Conversion
* Turn brand goals into scalable content output
Viral Content Direction
* Lead the creation of viral-first TikTok content
* Develop big creative ideas, not just trends
* Drive formats such as:
o Team-led content
o Story-driven content
o Entertainment-first campaigns
* * Push content that feels native, not like ads
👉 This is not a scheduling role. This is a creative + performance role
Content Production Oversight
* Direct shoots, content days and campaign activations
* Work closely with creators and internal teams
* Ensure output is:
o High volume
o High quality
o Performance-led
* * Step in hands-on when needed
Performance & Optimisation
* Analyse what content is working and why
* Identify patterns in viral content
* Continuously refine:
o Hooks
o Formats
o Messaging
* * Build repeatable winning content formats
Team & Creative Leadership
* Work with content creators and editors to raise standards
* Give clear feedback and direction
* Set the benchmark for what “good” looks like
* Drive a culture of output and performance

Requirements
Essential
* Proven experience running social for a brand or business
* Strong track record of viral TikTok content
* Deep understanding of:
o TikTok trends
o Content formats
o Audience behaviour
* * Ability to think in ideas, not just posts
* Comfortable directing shoots and content production
* Strong commercial awareness
Desirable
* Experience in fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands
* Experience scaling a brand through TikTok
* Experience managing creators or teams
