The Role We are seeking compassionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils who require additional academic, emotional, or behavioural support. You will work on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping pupils to engage with learning, develop independence, and build positive relationships within the school environment. This role is ideal for individuals with experience supporting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties.
