Project Administrator
Location: Haverhill
Salary: £27,000
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday - Friday
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator for our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk.
Responsibilities
* Receiving incoming calls
* Taking messages and assisting with problem solving
* Preparing and organising Health & Safety documentation and site files
* Coordinating and communicating effectively with Site Foremen
* Recording and updating stock movement data
* Handling and processing stock-related purchase invoices
* Monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels in coordination with Project Managers and the Warehouse Supervisor
Qualifications
* Prior experience in an administrative or project support position
* Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ideally, experience within a similar position
