Business Development Executive – Ascot Bridging Finance
Ascot Bridging Finance is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Warrington. This is a brand-new role, reporting directly to our Operations Director, where you’ll play a key part in supporting our brokers, driving business growth, and helping us maintain our reputation for fast, flexible lending.
What you’ll be doing
* Be the first point of contact for broker and introducer enquiries.
* Help progress deals — following up on terms, overcoming objections, and preparing cases.
* Support relationship management with new, existing, and lapsed introducers.
* Generate leads and research new opportunities across brokers, solicitors, and property professionals.
* Keep the team on track with sales admin, CRM updates, and progress reporting.
* Support our BDM with meetings, diary management, and presentations.
What we’re looking for
* Knowledge of bridging finance is highly desirable.
* Strong communicator — professional, confident, and approachable.
* Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive, motivated, and commercially minded.
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
