We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing reactive repairs and maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of various properties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and perform necessary plastering repairs.
2. Assess and address plastering-related issues in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial properties.
3. Carry out maintenance tasks related to plastering, patching, and surface refinishing.
4. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
6. Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
7. Proven experience as a Plasterer, with a focus on reactive repairs and maintenance.
8. Proficient in a range of plastering techniques and repairs.
9. Own van is required for transportation.
10. Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
11. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
13. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
