Job Title: Mechanics Instructor
Location: Dudley
Salary: £162.30 - £251.71
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday (08:30 - 16:00, except Monday 16:30 and Friday 15:45)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Start Date: September 2025

Requirements:
* Proven industry knowledge and experience in mechanics.
* Experience working with young people with complex learning needs, such as autism or social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties.
* Strong behavioural management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
* A resilient, adaptable, and proactive approach to working in an SEN setting.
