The Role:
* Overseeing day-to-day village operations, including food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, grounds, and well-being
* Leading estate management through robust planned maintenance and continuous investment in infrastructure and services
* Proactively identifying and resolving areas impacting resident satisfaction and overall experience
* Fostering a vibrant community by maximising the use of all village facilities
* Empowering every colleague to deliver exceptional experiences for our residents
* Embedding our values and service proposition across the entire team
* Spotting and nurturing future talent to support long-term growth
* Managing service charge and reserve fund budgets effectively
* Driving food and beverage performance within budget parameters
* Supporting property sales by working closely with the sales team
* Ensuring full compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company policies
Key Requirements:
* Proven senior-level experience within Integrated Retirement Communities or aligned sectors (e.g. estate management, hospitality, leisure, retail, or retirement living)
* A dynamic, confident leader with excellent commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
* Inspirational team manager with an approachable and collaborative leadership style
* Strong financial and budgeting capabilities with a track record of exceeding operational standards

* £50,000 to £60,000 per annum plus discretionary bonus
