We’re looking for passionate, caring & experienced people to join our team working on behalf of a leading roadside assistance & insurance company!
* Hourly rate - £12.25 with bonus earning opportunities!
* Work from the comfort of your own home!
* Hours - Working on a rotational shift pattern between 8am-7pm Monday to Friday & 8am-5pm Saturday.
As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you will be assisting with retaining customers, account queries, insurance policies, & helping customers renew their breakdown policies. You will be handling a high volume of inbound calls which involves putting into practice your sales and negotiation skills and techniques & maximizing on sales opportunities where possible.

What You’ll Need…
* Experience in customer service or sales. (retentions experience desired)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience in achieving targets.
* Proficient in computer usage with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
* Requires a wired internet connection and a quiet workspace.
* Ability to work effectively as part of an exceptional team.
