Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Commercial Property team in Ipswich
* Handle complex transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold matters and property finance
* Advise on landlord and tenant issues, development sites and investment portfolios
* Provide corporate support on property-related matters
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Collaborate with agents, surveyors, accountants and other professionals
* Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
* Mentor junior team members and support their development
About You
* Proven experience managing a caseload and leading client relationships
* Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
* Commercially astute with a proactive approach to business development
* Ready to step into a Partner role or progress toward Partnership
