Tennial Personnel are seeking a proactive and adaptable Part-Time Administrator to join our clients team in Claydon. This varied role offers the opportunity to support a busy office environment and contribute to multiple business functions. The position is initially part-time, with flexibility in working days and the possibility of increased hours based on business needs and individual performance. This is a temporary to permanent position, after a successful 12-week period.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
Order and source office and operational supplies, liaising with suppliers as needed.
Administer quality assurance and environmental schemes, ensuring compliance and accurate record keeping.
Handle administrative tasks related to the running of HGVs, including scheduling and maintaining compliance documentation.
Assist with basic HR functions, such as maintaining personnel records and supporting recruitment activities.
Provide personal assistant (PA) support to Directors, including diary management and meeting arrangements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications Required
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is desirable
Experience with ordering supplies, HR support, or PA duties is an advantage
Knowledge of quality assurance or environmental schemes is beneficial but not essential
Familiarity with HGV administration is a plus, but training can be provided
Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths; further education or relevant certifications are advantageous
