Job Description
Our client seeking an individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have experience across air, road, and sea freight, and be confident managing the full cycle of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle quotations, bookings, and end-to-end operations for multimodal shipments
* Communicate effectively with clients and partners via phone and email
* Manage invoicing and general administration tasks
* Use CargoWise software to manage shipments and documentation
* Participate in the on-call rota (one Sunday every 4 weeks)

* Proven experience in air, road, and sea freight operations
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure and go above and beyond for clients
* Proficiency in CargoWise (desirable)
* A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
On-Call: One Sunday every 4 weeks
