Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and plating breakfast dishes efficiently according to menu specs.
2. Preparing ingredients for senior chefs with attention to detail.
3. Ensuring high standards to deliver quality food to customers.
4. Complying with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
5. Cooking guest orders as per preferences.
6. Employing food safety practices and ensuring team adherence.
7. Using caution around knives and hot surfaces.
8. Coaching and developing junior kitchen staff.
9. Following directions and collaborating with the restaurant's administrative team.
10. Working independently and managing multiple tasks.
11. Having experience or interest in a culinary career.
12. Thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
13. Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
14. Strong communication skills and at least 1 year of experience as a Chef.
15. Legal right to work in the UK.
16. Excellent culinary and presentation skills.
