Job Responsibility:
This post is fixed term for 12 months to meet the needs of the service. To provide clerical support to the Child Health Department within the pre-school & school admin department. The role involves:
* Dealing with Health Visitors, School Nurses and supporting all colleagues
* Providing clerical support to the Child Health Department within the pre-school department
* Dealing with Health Visitors and support staff
* Creating new Child Health records, both electronically and manually
* Data inputting on the Child Health computer system
* Updating child health records
* Filing, photocopying and distribution and checking of letters
* Responsible for the printing of the weekly child health reports download
