Summary
We are seeking a passionate Room Leader to join our team at QCE Nurseries. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering high-quality early years education and fostering positive relationships with children and families.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the nursery room team to deliver high-quality early years education.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Plan and implement engaging learning activities that meet the developmental needs of each child.
* Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records of their development.
* Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to build strong relationships.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding regulations.
Requirements
* Qualified in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* A passion for working with children and commitment to their development.
