Senior Energy & Sustainability Engineer – Sustainability – London (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000-£40,000

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage energy and sustainability engineering on multiple projects
* Deliver dynamic thermal modelling using IESVE (Part L, TM52/TM59, daylighting, natural ventilation)
* Undertake and oversee BREEAM, SAP and EPC assessments
* Prepare high-quality energy strategies, sustainability statements and planning documentation
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project performance and costs
* Support bids, proposals and client presentations
* Mentor and develop less experienced engineers (Experience with PHPP, whole life carbon, thermal bridging and circular economy principles is advantageous but not essential.)
About You
* Degree qualified in Building Services / Sustainability / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
* Minimum 3 years\' experience in energy and sustainability engineering (consultancy preferred)
* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations (Part L/F, SAP, SBEM, thermal comfort)
* Qualified Domestic and/or Non-Domestic EPC Assessor
* Commercially aware, detail-focused and confident leading projects
* Chartership desirable
