Are you a passionate designer with a strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D design, and an eye on the future of creative technology and AI? GadJet is looking for a talented, forward-thinking Graphic Designer who thrives on pushing boundaries, embraces AI-powered design, and wants their work seen across thousands of retail locations in the UK and Europe.
We’re especially interested in candidates who are fluent in Adobe tools, confident in 3D, and passionate about using AI and modern platforms like Canva (or similar) to elevate creativity and efficiency.
Please note: Only candidates who can commute to our Oldbury office and provide a portfolio will be considered. After completing probation, the role offers the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.

What You’ll Do
As a Graphic Designer at GadJet, you’ll work on a diverse mix of creative projects — from branding and product packaging to digital campaigns and 3D mock-ups. You’ll play a key part in shaping how our products and brand are perceived across multiple touchpoints.
* Create assets for social media, email marketing, and website banners
* Design packaging, POS displays, and print materials like brochures and catalogues
* Build compelling 3D product visuals and retail environments/mockups
* Produce product marketing videos and short-form content (for web and social)
* Contribute to product design concepts and creative ideation
* Leverage AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Sora, ChatGPT, and others) for inspiration, efficiency, and content creation
* Use tools like Canva, Trello, and others to support design workflow and collaboration
* Stay on top of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies

What We’re Looking For
* Adobe Creative Suite Expert: Advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
* 3D Design Skills: Good experience in 3D modeling software (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)
* Tech-Savvy with AI Tools: Strong familiarity with AI-powered graphic design and marketing tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Canva, and others)
* Creative and Conceptual: Strong design intuition with a solid grasp of layout, branding, and typography
* Video & Motion Skills: Experience with product videos and short-form digital content is a plus
* Organised & Efficient: Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Detail-Oriented: Sharp eye for precision and quality control
* Collaborative and Flexible: Team player who’s open to feedback and willing to go the extra mile when deadlines demand
Job Details
* Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm (flexibility required to meet deadlines)
* Location: On-site in Oldbury (with 1-day remote option after probation)
* Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per year (dependent on experience), reviewed after 6-month probation
* Probation Period: 6 months
