As a Junior Automation Tester, you will help design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and TypeScript. You will work alongside developers and senior QA engineers to catch defects early and ensure each release meets high quality standards. Your responsibilities include analyzing test results, reporting findings, and contributing to continuous improvement by suggesting new test scenarios or optimizations. From day one, you will be involved in planning test strategies for new features and fixing automation scripts to ensure smooth operation.
You will join a passionate and expanding QA team committed to building high-quality solutions that contribute to services improving the lives of millions across the UK. The company offers a hybrid working model: three days in the North Bristol office and two days remote, along with hands-on training and mentorship from experienced engineers. The starting salary for these junior roles is £30,000, and the company provides an excellent benefits package. The ideal candidates are either recent graduates from tech-related subjects or career changers who have completed a coding bootcamp or similar training.
