What you will do
* Carry out accurate medication reconciliation for adult inpatients, ensuring patient safety.
* Work directly on wards, engaging with patients and clinical teams.
* Support dispensary services, including potential ACT (Accuracy Checking Technician) responsibilities.
* Assist with safe and efficient medication dispensing in line with regulations.
* Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and wider teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
* Qualified Pharmacy Technician with at least 2 years’ experience in medication reconciliation.
* A driving licence is desirable for working across multiple sites.
