In-house Legal Counsel Greater Manchester A leading hospitality business based in Greater Manchester are seeking a talented lawyer to join its growing in-house legal team. The Role As an In-house Legal Counsel and reporting into the General Counsel you will be providing legal advice across the business and will be advising on legal risks, contracts, commercial operations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice across the group, including contract, corporate and property. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts. Support property transactions, acquisitions, and lease arrangements. Liaise with external counsel when specialist advice is required. Ensure the group complies with all relevant regulations (e.g. GDPR, health & safety, consumer law). Assist with dispute resolution and litigation as needed. Deliver training and guidance to internal teams on legal matters Requirements: To be considered for the role you will be UK qualified solicitor ideally with experience in commercial and / or property law. Experience working in-house or advising hospitality, retail, or property clients is desirable but not essential.
