We are seeking a talented and passionate Breakfast & Brunch Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
Our menu features Breakfast, Brunch & Lunch Favourites, from classic Full English Breakfasts and Shakshuka to Salads, Jacket Potatoes, Gourmet Burgers, Pasta, and Fish & Chips.
Job Role
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while maintaining high culinary standards.
* Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
* Monitor food quality and - presentation, making adjustments as necessary.
Experience
* Proven experience in a breakfast/brunch/lunch cafe, restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Strong team management skills.
* Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen.
* A passion for culinary arts and creativity in menu development is preferred.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work and cover for the Head Chef.

Minimum Pay.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 45 per week
