This is an entry-level opportunity and a great fit if you enjoy speaking with customers, solving problems, and keeping things organised we’ll provide support and training to help you succeed.Position 1:Hours per week: 30Contract: 12 Month Fixed TermShift: Monday to Friday between 08:00-1800Position 2:Hours per week: 40Contract: 12 month Fixed TermShift: Monday to Friday 08:00-1800The Client Service Advisor provides proactive client service support, acting as a key link between customers, Account Managers, and internal teams.The Day to DayBe a friendly, professional first point of contact for key clients (phone and email)Support client onboarding and system maintenance, ensuring accurate records and setupProvide support and training to clients on the ALS online systemMonitor turnaround targets and the progress of client results, escalating issues where requiredSupport service delivery through SLAs, client satisfaction surveys, and complaint logging/follow-upMaintain pricing and support invoice query investigations to enable timely paymentsProvide shared inbox support and complete ad-hoc administration as needWhat We’re Looking ForThis role is ideal for someone who brings strong customer interaction skills and a proactive mindset.
