A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dentist to join a thriving, long-standing practice in Kaiapoi, just north of Christchurch. This is a well-loved two-chair community practice with a loyal patient base and a friendly team. With a senior dentist relocating, the incoming clinician will step straight into full books and a stable, well-managed workload.
The practice provides a broad range of general and cosmetic dentistry, including restorative work, endodontics, implants, surgical extractions and IV sedation. You will have access to modern equipment such as OPG, surgical motor, rotary endodontic systems and intra-oral cameras. The team includes a dentist, dental assistant, dental technician and a visiting orthodontist, creating a supportive environment focused on excellent patient care. Mentoring in advanced procedures is available for clinicians who would like to extend their skills.
Candidates should bring strong clinical experience across the full scope of general dentistry, confidence in treatment planning and case discussions, and a kind, patient-centred approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a small, collaborative team are essential.
