Join TinyLife as our new Community Fundraiser and help make a real difference for families with premature and vulnerable babies. We’re looking for an energetic, creative people-person to grow fundraising events, inspire supporters, and raise vital funds across the community.
The Community Fundraiser is responsible for developing, managing, and promoting community fundraising activities and events to increase income and raise awareness of TinyLife’s work. Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, the role focuses on building strong relationships with supporters, attracting new donors, and maintaining engagement with existing supporters to maximise fundraising opportunities.
Key duties include organising and delivering traditional and innovative fundraising campaigns, coordinating both in-person and virtual events, recruiting and managing volunteers, and supporting wider income‑generation initiatives. The postholder will also represent the charity locally and nationally, helping to grow TinyLife’s profile and community presence.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, target‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication, relationship‑building, and IT skills are essential, along with previous fundraising experience and the ability to work collaboratively while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, safeguarding, and GDPR.
