As a Senior Planner, you will take the lead on medium to large-scale planning applications, working closely with clients and local authorities.
* Leading residential and healthcare planning applications
* Drafting detailed Planning Statements and committee reports
* Representing clients at planning committee
* Managing Local Plan representations
* Mentoring junior members of the team
You will have genuine project ownership and direct client exposure.
About You
* MRTPI qualified (or very close to completion)
* Strong experience in residential development
* Experience in healthcare or community infrastructure desirable
* Confident and commercially aware
* Capable of managing projects independently
