Job Title: Contracts Manager (Finishing / Decorations)
Location: Central London
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE) OR Junior level considered with progression opportunity
Company Overview
We are a well-established Central London–based contractor specialising in high-quality interior fit-out and finishing packages across commercial and residential projects. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or an ambitious Junior Contracts Manager looking to progress.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple finishing and decoration packages, ranging from small works to projects up to £500k. You will oversee delivery from pre-start through to completion, ensuring quality, programme, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple finishing / decoration packages concurrently
*
Oversee projects from tender handover to final account
*
Plan, programme, and coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials
*
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
*
Maintain strong relationships with clients, site teams, and subcontractors
*
Carry out site visits and quality inspections
*
Manage variations, valuations, and cost control in conjunction with commercial team
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
Requirements (Experienced Candidate)
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within finishing / decorations
*
Strong knowledge of interior finishing trades and sequencing
*
Experience managing packages up to £500k
*
Good commercial awareness
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Requirements (Junior Candidate)
*
Background in finishing trades, site management, or project support
*
Desire to progress into Contracts Management
*
Good understanding of construction processes
*
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
