Red Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabrication Sales Manager to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Stourbridge.
Specialising in laser cutting, CNC punching, metal pressing and sheet metal fabrication, our client is looking for a driven sales professional with a strong engineering or fabrication background to develop existing customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities within manufacturing and engineering sectors
* Preparing quotations and following up on sales enquiries
* Working closely with production teams to ensure customer requirements are met
* Managing customer accounts and providing a high level of service
* Conducting customer visits and attending meetings as required
* Achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or Technical Sales role
* Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, CNC punching, metal pressing, or related manufacturing processes
* Proven track record of developing new business and managing customer accounts
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings would be advantageous
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
* Full UK Driving Licence
