We have vacancies for registered Anaesthetic Practitioners (RN(anaes) or ODP) to join our Liver and Multivisceral transplant team.</p><p>Joining our Liver and Multivisceral transplant team as an Anaesthetic Practitioner (RN(anaes) or ODP) offers unparalleled opportunities for professional growth. You will master specialised intraoperative techniques, help manage complex haemodynamic shifts in critically ill patients and play a direct role in life‑saving procedures.</p><p>Advanced clinical skills you will gain include advanced fluid resuscitation and the use of cell salvage techniques to reduce potassium load in critical patients during surgery.
