🚀 Customer Services Executive – Hybrid (Polegate) – £24k-£25.5k
Atlas Recruitment Group is looking for a Customer Services Executive with advanced admin skills to join a global, professional team. If you thrive on delivering excellent customer service and love keeping operations running smoothly, this could be your next role!
What you’ll do:
* Provide exceptional customer support and manage requests/issues efficiently.
* Input and maintain accurate data in service management systems.
* Schedule and allocate engineers’ work while monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
* Handle dispatch, travel arrangements, and logistics.
* Liaise with engineers and provide phone support in the field.
What we’re looking for:
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Strong Excel and administrative skills.
* Outstanding customer service mindset.

* Hybrid role (once fully trained) – Office based in Polegate.
* Permanent, Mon-Fri, 37.5 hrs/week (8:30–17:00 or 9:00–17:30).
