Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for 8 Care & Support Workers (6 x 30 hours, 2 x 20 hours). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. The hourly rate is £13.00 per hour.
Base Pay Range
Position: Care & Support Worker Location: 20 Lochar Crescent, Pollok, Glasgow City G53 5NY Availability: Flexible shifts (morning and back shifts) including alternate weekends Guaranteed Hours: 20–30 hours per week, worked over an average of 5 days on a rolling 2‑week rota. Job Type: Permanent Contract Competitive salary, with Living Wage Employer status.
Key Responsibilities
* Support older and vulnerable adults in daily living tasks based on individual care plans.
* Assist with medication administration, personal care, and meal preparation.
* Provide empathic support and establish trusting relationships with residents.
* Work operating between 07:00 am and 10:00 pm, seven days a week.

Skills and Experience Required
* Experience in care sector and working with older people or vulnerable members of the community.
* Holding an SVQ in Health and Social Care or a relevant qualification.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic IT skills.
* Previous experience preferred but not essential – comprehensive training will be provided.
* Passion, empathy, and dedication to helping tenants live their lives to the fullest.
Closing Date: 13 October 2025. If successful you will need to register with the SSSC, complete mandatory training within a timeframe, and study for an SVQ in Care & Support if you do not already hold it.
