Private Wealth & Inheritance Fee Earner (2-8 PQE)
Location: Farnborough
Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 total remuneration package
Working pattern: Full-time | Hybrid working available
We are recruiting for an experienced Private Wealth & Inheritance Fee Earner (2-8 PQE) to join an award-winning, Legal 500 ranked Private Wealth & Inheritance team based in Farnborough.

The Role
You will manage a varied and high-quality private wealth caseload, including:
* Wills, trusts and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Inheritance Tax planning and complex wealth structuring
* Advising clients on sensitive and complex inheritance and tax matters
You will also:
* Work closely with colleagues in Family and Property to provide a joined-up client service
* Support and mentor junior team members
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through a personal, client-focused approach
* Play an active role in business development, networking and marketing initiatives

About You
* Private Wealth / Private Client lawyer with 2-8 years' PQE
* Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, probate and tax planning
* Excellent client care skills with a sensitive and empathetic approach
* Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
* STEP qualification or willingness to work towards one (desirable, not essential)
