The Opportunity
We are retained by a leading listed housebuilder with a substantial presence in the North East and several other key markets across the UK. The business is recognised for delivering high-quality, value-for-money homes and has a strong platform for continued growth.
With plans to open new regions and further expand its footprint, the company is strengthening its senior leadership team. They now seek an experienced Managing Director to lead this key business and drive the next phase of growth in the North East Region.
This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility at PLC level and a clear line of sight to broader leadership opportunities.
Our client is open to candidates who are prepared to relocate to the region or commit to a weekly commute.
Location
The role is based in the North East. It is essential that the successful candidate immerses themselves in the local market, builds strong internal and external relationships, and is able to directly impact the company’s performance, continued growth and future success in the region.
