About The Role Job Purpose Work with the NPD team to enable new SKUs in SAP systems. Coordinate and manage the sourcing of externally produced products, ensuring world-class service to our customers. Key Result Areas / Principal Duties and Responsibilities Critical NPD Path Own all data stage gates within the EPD/NPD cycles. Submit data on new SKU/recipe setup in a timely manner. Flag any system architecture roadblocks within this cycle. Work with Finance to ensure accurate costing and warehouse setup. Collaborate with Supply Chain process owners to meet RFT objectives. Ensure SKUs are set up in line with internal master data rules. Data Quality Improvement Identify and resolve inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates in master data. Improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and reduce risks associated with inaccurate data. Data Governance Establish and enforce governance policies and procedures. Define data ownership, stewardship, and quality rules. Operational Analysis Conduct weekly analysis of operational transactions. Collate and present variance/anomaly reports to the business. Data Integration Facilitate integration of master data across systems and applications. Ensure a single source of truth, eliminating silos and improving consistency. Cost Reduction Improve data quality and reduce redundancy. Support savings through improved data integrity and reduced management costs. External Sourcing Own supply chain relationships with co-brew/co-pack partners. Source products in line with availability targets and freshness guidelines. Provide weekly call-off forecasts to suppliers within agreed frozen windows. Align forecasts and call-off plans to agreed production values. Raise purchase orders and issue raw/packaging materials in line with supplier agreements. Resolve invoice queries arising from stock discrepancies. Work with logistics partners on stock collection and delivery. Collaborate with Procurement and NPD on supplier relationships. Contribute as part of the wider Supply Planning team to support product availability. Key Relationships – Internal and External Internal stakeholders: scheduling, materials planning, supply planning, demand planning, packaging, brewing, procurement, maintenance, warehousing, NPD, finance, and marketing. External stakeholders: co-brew and co-pack partners, suppliers, and logistics providers. Health & Safety Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines and fire regulations at all times. About You Qualifications & Specific Training Experience of SKU master data management in a SAP system Prior experience of supply planning or third-party sourcing Intermediate Excel skills SAP ERP experience and knowledge Experience Previous experience in an SKU data management or stock administration role Demonstrable experience using ERP systems, including SAP Experience in supply planning and external sourcing Knowledge Basic understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes Understanding of S&OP cycle (desirable) Knowledge of purchase-to-pay processes Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to build effective working relationships with external partners Personal Attributes Highly organised and self-motivated Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines Proactive and results-oriented approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment Passion for data quality Excitement for beer and new product development Additional Requirements Based at the Ellon site, minimum 3 days in the office THE BREWDOG CHARTER IT'S ALL ABOUT BEER.
