Our Client in York City Centre requires a temporary receptionist on an ad hoc basis. Duties to include:
* Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
* Answering phone calls and managing incoming messages.
* Handling correspondence and maintaining records of visitors.
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
* Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries from clients or customers.
Pay rate: £13.50 per hour
