Are you ready to take the next step in your career with one of the Central Valley's fastest-growing real estate teams? We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Real Estate Executive Assistant to help drive our success and deliver an exceptional client experience.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in managing real estate transactions and listings while providing support to both clients and our lead agent. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and have a passion for real estate, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:

* Oversee transaction coordination from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines, paperwork, and compliance requirements are met.
* Manage listing preparation, including scheduling photography, preparing marketing materials, and inputting listings into the MLS.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lenders, title companies, and vendors, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout each transaction.
* Keep databases, CRM systems, and client records organized and up to date.
* Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, email coordination, and document preparation.
* Assist with marketing efforts such as preparing listing presentations and coordinating social media content.


Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience as a Real Estate Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, or in a similar administrative support role.
* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with MLS platforms and transaction systems like Dotloop or Skyslope.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
* Real estate license is a plus but not required.


Compensation:

* $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary
