Head of client services

I'm currently representing a highly regarded independent wealth management firm that is looking to appoint a Head of Client Services as part of an exciting period of growth and business transformation.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a boutique wealth management business with ambitious growth plans, a high-net-worth client base and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

The firm is currently managing approximately £300m of assets and is undergoing a significant acquisition that is expected to double the size of the business over the next 12 months.

Alongside this growth, the business is investing heavily in technology, operational improvements and the overall client journey.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous leadership experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
• Possess a strong understanding of financial planning administration and platform operations
• Be passionate about delivering outstanding client service
• Have experience improving workflows, processes and operational efficiency
• Be an effective people manager capable of developing and motivating teams

This role would suit an experienced Client Services Manager or Head of Administration looking to take on a highly visible leadership position within a growing and progressive wealth management firm.
