The Presale Architect Lead will deliver secure, compliant, and scalable Agentic AI Security solutions in the diverse and regulated EMEA markets. Working in close partnership with the regional Sales Leader, you will lead technical engagements, design security architectures, and ensure Radware’s solutions meet stringent customer and regulatory requirements.
What will you do?
Architect secure Agentic AI deployments and guide customers through solution design, threat modeling, and regulatory compliance in a geographically diverse landscape.
* Facilitate hands‑on technical workshops and POCs with enterprise customers and AI channel partners
* Support regional sales teams with deep technical expertise to accelerate deal closure
* Provide expert product insights based on frontline experience and assist in shaping Radware’s product strategy
* Mentor and build technical capability within partner ecosystems and field teams
What you need:
* 5+ years’ experience in cybersecurity or AI security architecture with large enterprise customers and channels
* Strong expertise in Agentic AI architecture and secure design principles, and hands‑on integration
* Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders across multi‑cultural settings
* Experienced in collaborating with sales and cross‑functional teams to drive successful adoption of technically complex solutions
Willingness to travel extensively throughout EMEA
