Territory Sales Manager – Neuromodulation (UK&I)

Role Summary
The Territory Sales Manager will drive the adoption and growth of neuromodulation therapies across the UK&I region. The role focuses on developing key clinical and commercial relationships, expanding market access, and achieving sales targets across NHS, HSE, and private healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver sales targets and grow market share across UK&I
* Develop and execute a strategic territory plan
* Build strong relationships with clinicians, theatre teams, procurement, and key opinion leaders
* Support surgical procedures, product training, and clinical education
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within neuromodulation
* Manage NHS and HSE tender processes and contract support
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and reimbursement pathways
Requirements
* Proven medical device sales experience (neuromodulation, neurostimulation, pain, or implantable devices preferred)
* Strong understanding of NHS (and ideally HSE) systems and procurement pathways
* Experience working in theatre or supporting clinical procedures desirable
* Strong track record of sales performance and territory management
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial skills
* Ability to manage a large UK&I territory independently
Desirable
* Experience in spinal cord stimulation, DBS, or PNS
* Established clinical network within pain, neurology, or neurosurgery
