This very large and busy nursery in Godalming are looking for a very experienced Nursery Manager to support the day to day running of the setting. This is a maternity cover role.
You will need to have experience at this level and working within large settings. Salary is c£45k depending on experience, supporting a 40 hour week / 4 days, together with fantastic benefits with this great Employer. There is onsite parking,walking distance from local transport.

Essential for the Nursery Manager Role
1. Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
2. Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years’ in a management or team-leading role
3. Experience leading or supporting Ofsted inspections
4. Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices
5. Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets
6. Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements

7. Passionate about early years and committed to outstanding outcomes
8. Confident leader, able to support and guide staff across the nursery
9. Experienced in leading a nursery, managing operations, and driving improvements
10. Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
