Some roles are about supporting learning. This one is about changing a child’s final chapter at primary school. We’re working with a welcoming primary school in the BS11 area looking for a calm, resilient Learning Support Assistant to join their Year 6 team for Term 6. You’ll be supporting one pupil on a 1:1 basis as they prepare for their transition into a specialist setting in September. This role needs someone who can be a steady hand when things feel a little wobbly. Someone who can set clear boundaries, stay calm under pressure, and come back each day ready with a fresh start. You’ll be the person helping a child feel safe, understood, and supported through an important stage of their journey.
