Who We’re Looking For

We are actively seeking ambitious Partners and Senior Associates in the following key practice areas:

* Private Client
* Rural or Energy
* Residential Property
* Corporate & Commercial

We want to hear from experienced, accomplished lawyers who:

* Have a strong presence in the local market and ideally with national reputation.
* Are experienced in business development and building long-term client relationships.
* Can demonstrate proven people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and grow a team.
* Are collaborative and commercially minded, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Possess excellent communication and mentoring skills. The successful candidates will be confident in developing others and supporting junior lawyers.
* Have a track record of winning and retaining high-value work, either regionally or nationally.
* Are excited by the opportunity to shape and grow a practice within a supportive, forward-thinking firm.
