Overview
Immediate starts and weekly pay are available for a Care Assistant role supporting individuals living with dementia. This is a compassionate, proactive position aimed at making a meaningful impact.
You will support service users with daily living tasks, including personal care, encourage engagement in meaningful activities, follow personalised care plans, and ensure documentation is completed accurately. Your care will promote independence, dignity, and a higher quality of life for those you support.

* Maintain compassionate, proactive communication with service users, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications / Requirements
* An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is registered on the update service.
* Up-to-date mandatory training certificates.
* Full up-to-date CV.
* At least 2 professional references covering a minimum of 2 years working within formal care settings or community care.
Additional Information
* If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, we can help with online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep.
* Please note that we do not offer sponsorships.
* This role offers ongoing nights around the needs of the service provider.
* Hours are 14:00 to 22:00 on various days throughout the week. You will be paid £12.21 per hour, with hours worked between 19:00 to 22:00 paid at £16.24 per hour.
