Lead Adviser – Risk Management
Chesterfield, Derbyshire
Are you ready to make a real impact? PIB Risk Management is offering an exciting new opportunity for a driven individual to join our team and help shape the future of our business.
As a Lead Adviser – Risk Management, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities over the phone, supporting our Business Development Managers, and promoting our comprehensive Risk Management services—primarily focused on health and safety consultancy across a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively initiate appointments with potential customers via telephone
* Engage customers with thoughtful questions to build rapport and maintain conversations
* Gather and document valuable customer information and feedback to help drive our business focus
* Stay up to date with all products and keep customers informed about new offerings
* Confidently answer customer queries about our services
* Consistently meet call targets (minimum 50 per day) and appointment goals (4 per week)
* Support training and marketing campaigns led by the Business Development Team
About You
* You have a proactive, go-getting attitude and a strong desire to succeed
* You understand B2B sales and know what it takes to excel
* You remain positive and resilient, even when faced with setbacks
* You are always looking ahead and seeking new opportunities
* Experience in Insurance Sales or Financial Services Sales is highly valued
* Knowledge of Health & Safety is especially welcome
