Your Key Responsibilities As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEN Assist the class teacher with tailored learning activities Support the development, delivery, and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Help to foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals Adapt your approach to meet individual learning needs effectively What We’re Looking For GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications in English and Maths Experience supporting children with SEN A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing Level 2 Safeguarding qualification – or willingness to complete this Why Join Teaching Personnel?
