help shape the lives of children and staff?
We are looking to recruit a Key Stage 2 teacher, initially to teach Year 3.
The successful candidate will have the energy, enthusiasm and passion to work with children aged 7 to 8 years, with an excellent knowledge of the Year 3 National Curriculum and end of Key Stage expectations. They will have the ability to recognise all children's individual needs and support them to succeed, alongside a great team of staff. They will be observant and motivated to engage in reflective practice and a researching approach.
We are looking for someone who:
Is passionate about enabling children to fulfil their potential socially and academically and is patient,
thoughtful and empathetic
Has the enthusiasm and ambition to make our Year 3 learning experience outstanding for our children
Is able to work effectively in a team and to show commitment and dedication to the life of the school
The successful candidate will have:
QTS, preferably with experience of working in Year 3 / Key Stage 2
A good knowledge/understanding of the Year 3 National Curriculum expectations
Experience of subject leadership – science desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
