Responsibilities of Spa Duty Manager

* Daily coordination, supervision, development and management of relevant team
* Maintain an exceptionally high level of quality and hygiene standard throughout the facility conducting daily inspections of the facilities
* To monitor, assess and respond to all customer feedback as necessary
* Be present at weekly Managers meetings reporting on the weekly activities & operations
* Where applicable develop and implement activities, promotions, events and services across the site
* To support the Spa Deputy & Manager in establishing and maintaining a regular programme of training and assessments for your team members.
* Maintain Pool Plant operations on a daily basis, adhering to company Health and Safety guidelines and government legislation, at all times providing a safe environment for staff and club users

Requirements of Spa Duty Manager

* An innovative and inspiring approach
* A warm, friendly and enthusiastic personality
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Previous supervisory experience - minimum of one year supervisory experience
* Preferably Pool Plant experience
* Flexibility in attitude, approach and working hours (to include weekends and evenings)
